Original location, opened April 4th of 1994. Started by owner and founder Mike Atsalis with his vast restaurant experience and authentic recipes.
The Olive Tree's second location. This location opened in 2008 and has been going strong ever since. Partner Tash Tasova is always at this location to ensure a quality experience.
Hiram
This is our newest location, which only opened in September of 2010 and is managed by partner Teresa Atsalis. Located in historical Hiram, it has everything to offer.
